We purchased a Sanjeev Kappor Gas Oven Tandoor (GOT) from Star CJ channel. On the channel it was displayed that we will get a free Chopping board(Cost Rs..750) along with the GOT. When we received the product, the chopping board was not there. I made a complaint on 3rd July and they said they will revert in 2 working days. No-one reverted till 15th July. I again called up the customer care and then they mentioned that I need to return the product and they will send it again. I mentioned that we have already used the GOT, and in that case they said they will check for sending the chopping board and will get back to us.
After that days passed and no-one contacted us and I had to follow-up again on 18th July, after that, after few days we received a call that they can't do anything as we have already used the GOT.
I asked them to send only the chopping board as it is a separate product given with GOT in offer but they refused. I do not understand what is the issue in sending that separately. If they cannot send it, they should atleast refund us Rs. 750 which they are also not ready to pay.
