Each and every word is true. GSHL has never paid salaries in time. Also the fate of employees who have resigned and come back to India is much worse as their F&F dues are held up indefinitely with no assurances from mgt

I am still waiting for F&F though i came back to india last year in the month of May, after serving Sincerely, honestly and whole heartedly for 4years and 7 months. during our service GSHL got Base to stand and flurish in Libya. But GSHL management forgotten all the hardwork carried out by us and rewarded in this ungratefull manner. Thanks for the GSHL management to recognising our true efforts.

Also the employees who have resigned as per the company rules (three months notice period)and come back to India is much worse as their Final setlement dues are held up indefinitely with no assurances from the manegement. We morethan 50 EX- EMPLOYEE loosen morethan each 5 LAKHS INR lost by this company. This the one of the worst management in the world holded the empolyee salary and making the self profit from their employers.

Promoters of Ispat group are cheat. They robbed investors & bankers & employees. I think Indian Govt has given them license to cheat
Yes, This is one of the worst management i see. I worked in Libya for GSHL for 3.5 years. My final settlement amount is still pending since march 2008. Nobody is replying to our mails. Indian government should take action against ispat management. They are also to be treated like satyam ramalingam raju as he looted the investers money mittal looted the employees money.I hopeat least indian govern ment will take some strict action against these thiefs.
ISPAT group is big cheater. They are making fool of people. The management want to get the work without paying.I working for GSHL ISPAT libya for nearly 3.5 years as an engineer and resigned in 2007 dec.I am still waiting for my dues, final settlements.Indian government should take strict action against the group and help people to get their dues.
Agree with the views of complainants.Employees have turned around the fate of the contract and the company has earned a lot.Not paying salary and the final payment is very bad. This should be looked into by the Indian authority and the company should be compelled to settle the dues at an early date.

I would like to tell, it is problem of Indian government. They have to initiate serious action against them. They have to sieze thier property.
GSHL not surviving by attractive remuneration. It is by LN Mittal name.
I hope LN Mittal should advice his brothers PKM & VKM about business etiquette and people power.
Better we can take up with some Politician, who can use it for thier publicity and resolve this problem.
Otherwise this story will be never ending.
One more Ramlinga brothers are coming up. (By cheating employees)
With best regards

We, the 117 Indian expatriate staff of Delta Steel Company PLC, Warri, Delta State, Nigeria request for your attention on following points:
1) We have been recruited by M/s Global Steel Holding Limited in India and posted in Delta steel company, Nigeria. We have an outstanding of 11 months’ salary and allowances.
2) We are kept here like bonded laborer, no proper food, no Electricity & water in township and no medical facility as well. There are also security threats. The company is taking advantage of our patience and our repeated requests made from time to time to the competent authorities are never heeded.
3) We are starving here and our families are starving in India. All our savings are depleted in maintaining our family in India.
4) Even as we suffer such persecution at the hands of an insensitive management, the chairman Mr. P. K. Mittal (Brother of Steel tycoon Mr. L. N. Mittal ) refuses to lend an ear to our state, though he is fully aware of it, and continues to concentrate on his 3 companies in India-

We have been recruited in India through PSSPL, Navi Mumbai (Corporate Office in India)
headed by Mr.Vipul Saxena – VP (HR) which has now turned out into a fraud as we have been deprived of our salaries for the period which we served for the company. The actual conditions of Delta Steel Company, Nigeria were never been informed to the people joining their organization. During the span of our protest regarding disbursement of our salaries, Mr. Saxena had visited the company in Nigeria several times and promised to solve all our issues which gradually turned into false commitments.
We have approached our Indian high Commission at Abuja, Ministry of Indian Overseas Affairs, Prime Minister office, H.E. President of India, Member of Parliaments, National Human Rights Commission, Protector General of Immigration and other concerned agencies in India for justice. But we are feeling very helpless as no action has been taken so far.
We have even personally approached & submitted our petitions to the following offices in Nigeria and India :
i) H.E.President of Federal Republic of Nigeria
ii) Indian High Commission, Nigeria
iii) Secretary to Federal Government, Nigeria
iv) Ministry of External Affairs, India
v) Senate President, National Assembly, Nigeria
