[Resolved]  SVP Builder — Cheated by the builder

I bought a flat in SVP's Gulmohur Garden and I was assured to get the possession in December-2010.
I made 95% of the payments in September - 2009, but still I have no idea when i will be getting my flat. The builder has sent possession letters to me and many more people like me but the work is yet to be completed. There are no internal or external roads, no sewage disposal system, no water or electricity connections, no gates, no power back up and no designated parking. How am i supposed to live there only the builder knows.
Not only this, the builder has not given a single thing which he had promised in the flat and outside too. He is using very low quality material which can be harmful.

The builder is illegally building two new towers in Park area now!! There are so many irregularities in the project. It is no where close to what was promised to me at the time of booking.

This is a total fraud case. SVP Builder is cheating the general public by showing something else and offering something else.
