Tata Photon Plus — Worst service provider and careless about complaints
Hi,I have a tata photon+ device([protected], accnt no[protected] My billing date is 2nd of every month and the hard copy should be delivered latest by 15th of every month. Today is 23 July but I haven't got the bill of not only the current month but also of the previous month, I have just got the SMS so I have paid the bill of last month, I am continuously complaining about the delay of bill but still I haven't got any solutions, I have also complained about the speed issue but... as usual ... no resolution...
Now I want to discontinue with TATA photon. So please refund my last months billed amount because I haven't got the bill so why should I have to pay? and disconnect my number.
