This kind of service is not expected of a giant like TATA. Can someone please help this poor fellow get the service activated? Going forward, please make sure to get the device activated at the showroom to avoid any hassles.

Dear Management, I have purchase tata photon worth of Rs.1700/- on 11.12.09 but till today i.e. 18.12.09. Due to company's hardware problem i am not able to use this modem more than 10 minutes. From last 5 days of time Ace Tele Services at Bhavnagar informing that this is your lap top problem. They have change my XP version from service pack 2 to service pack 3 but there is not any result. Then dealer's technician has try the same in their two different desktop but finally they accept the default. But between this time of acceptance and non-acceptance i have lost my atleast 10 working hours of time. Till moment, they are discussing the problem instead of change the instrument.
3 days have been passed away yet no one from your company has contacted me yet ...
Can u please tell me how much time will u take regarding this complaint .

wat a gud reply frm ur side .. how can it b possible that u tried to contact u but it we did nt got connected, , , ??? i want to tell u one thing tht i had activated miss call alerts on my no[protected] and if my no was nt reachable thn i would have got a message tht u had received a call from this no and u were unable at tht time ... plz stop making fool of the customers and i contacted ur customer care with the Service Request No[protected] thy simply said thy had no information regarding this complaint as its not registered...
is this the response and this type of bad service u provide to ur customers ...????????????/

Tata Photon — Non functioning of the product
I bought Tata Photon USB modem on 1st june 2009 (MDN No. [protected]). ALso, paid Rs. 3000 for the above mentioned product. They told me that the product will be activated within 1 hour. But till now, it is inactivated and the product is not functioning. The company officials have also verified my address and other informations.Till then no response is available from the conmpany's local office. Also, the response from customer care is also poor. They gave the false contact numbers which are not available..
I request for the necessary action please.
