I brought one Tata Indicom Post Pad Connection I was promised for traffic plan of Rs. 150 monthly include unlimited Tata to Tata Free local calls and Rs. 0.50 for Other network. Regarding same they took Rs. 600 advance against three month advance rental and Rs. 100 for Activation charges. I had confirmed same from customer care executive at 121 and he confirmed yes I have same plan and there is not any hidden or extra charges. But when I received my traffic plan was totally differ they added Rs. 90 Extra for unlimited Tata to Tata Free local calls and Rs. 0.90 for local calls.
After continuous complaints regarding my traffic plan dispute yet I have not received any response. I have lodged my first complaint on August 28, 2008 after which I received a mail from Customer Care Delhi for which they have given me a complaint #[protected] and call from Customer Care. They assured me that will investigate the matter and reply me to which there has been no solution provided to me yet. Was this information helpful? |
