i have 256 kb/s unlimited connection of Tata .it's been almost 3 years .But just this month (April 2009) we received a call that we have reached our download limit if we continue downloading they will disconnect our connection.They say thr is a limit to our download.Now all i wanna know that why it is called UNLIMITED connection if thr is a limit.I mean we are paying our bills every month and why telling us after 3 years .They should have told us when we got the connection.
Hi , IM from ggn , i just bought a new no from tata indicom under pay per call, it was wrkng guud in few starting days , after that i recvd a msg that im using a old handset so my plan will be deactivated , so i spk to cust service they sd not to worry , butmy plan was cancelled , the cust care was asking me to go for a rechrge of 254 as im using a old handset , i exlained them im usinga new handset , so they told me to complaint to nodal officer , nodal officer told me to true value hub n show them moblie bill i did that , they sd its a mistake from backend , go to true value hub , after all this i got no help they say i have to get a recharge of 254 rs which i will not do , im looking to take action against tata indicom n set a example for this stupid service provider . any help from ur side is appreciated.

I received a call from tata indicom delhi dated 23th Nov 09, telling me that there's a special pre to postpaid conversion scheme for some special no's selected and they are calling from head office okhla,delhi.
I accepted their scheme.
Tata indicom's sales executive visited my residence on 25th Nov 09 handed me a new sim card (A1000007F13317) filled up a form made his signature and again explained the scheme.
He took a photostat of my voter's i-card and 2photographs. I was told that my postpaid connection will start within 72hrs or i can contact the no. stated on the form
When my no. din't activated i contacted that no the no was switched off.
Payment of Rs100 for new sim card was made in cash and Rs500 security deposit was made by crossed cheque no237814 drawn in favour of tata teleservices.
On contacting the nearest tata indicom outlet and my bank i came to know that my cheque have been cleared timely and it was used as a source of bill payment for
Mr Manoj whose phne no.[protected] resident f 401 budh vihar opp.JNU munrika village.
Further when i seeked their help and asked them that where is this tata indicom sim issued from they just mocked me off and were very rude.
The no from where i received calls for this matter are as follows

My no have not still been activated and my money have been used to pay someone else's debt.
I will like you to please help me out as i am in big problem and the concerned authority is not at all ready to help.

I purchased a photon device few months ago. They promise me to give 3.1 MB speed for 5 GB usage, and after that the speed would be 256 kbps (per month).
I never got 3 MB (not even 1 MB...never). I submitted complaint to customer care, but instead of resolving the issue, they always says "I M sorry (on each and every complaint...). And, after 5 GB o[censored]sage, the speed becomes so low, that it takes almost 30 minutes to open 1 page. I submitted this complaint to, but they are saying now that after 5 GB o[censored]sage my speed would become (30 kbps instead of 256 kbps). How funny, they never told me this before purchasing...and I am paying almost 1000/month for 30 kbps speed...[censored] of (parden my language).
Could you please do something? Please let me know If i have to do something to take actions against this complaint. I want those bloody to be true for saling the products.

yes almost all the services in tata indicom is bad
i had purchased Tata photon plus . for the last one yr the service is not satisfactory . no improvement has taken place in spite of several complaints and the promises by them . ultimately after getting fed up, i have requested them to terminate the connection . my no was [protected]. i have been requesting them as they could not provide satisfactory services in my area Kandivali, and de-hiring the services is for their fault, they should take the device back and return the cost of it . but their nodal team headed by mrs sugna shetty did not agree . i requested them to connect to Mrs sugna but they did not .
my request is that tataindicom should return the money of the card and take it back .

I am a resident of Balewadi Pune. I have been using Tata Indicom broadband for last 14 months with some disruptions always. Still I continued with the service and have been always promptly paying the bills. For the last 10 days, my internet was not working, and when I contacted Tata Indicom Customer Care, I was told that my account has been put in Safe Custody, that too without my permission or without any intimation given to me. And still they have not done anything to resolve, rather they have disconnected my line.
How in the first place they put my account in Safe Custody. Isn't Customer's approval/permission required? And to top it all, the representatives are rude. The senior supervisor Mr. Chauhan was very unhelpful and impolite.
I need some actions to be taken for all the mental harassment meted out to me for no fault of mine.
