Dear Sir/madam,
I am the costumer of tata indicom prepaid. my mobile no is [protected]. From these no my balance of 30 Rs was deducted on 8 jan 2010 afternoon.. At that time i have not made any outgoing call or any VAS service activate or deactivate. so I want to complain you to do about it. also I haven't call to costumer care no. till balance deduction no reply from costumer care 12524. I am very disappointed with the service so reply me as early as possible.
This was my complaint and for which I was get from Tata side on 10.01.10 but I am not at all satisfied. From their end they are just bluffing and misguiding me and telling me your number cant call on customer care as you are trying so is it theirr customer service??
Now I am getting serious and please solve the problem give me refunds and I have got wrong information from their customer care and this is not at all acceptable.
If they are blocking the numbers from customer care which means that we are not any right to reach them and how they can do it??
If it is my mistake that still I am continuing Tata service??
They are not replying and putting my phone when I call them on the name of giving call to the senior they are just making me fool.
