I am a customer of tata-indicom prepaid Customer since 2 years ( [protected]). Recently I had done online top-up ( e-recharge) of Rs. 200 on 8th July, 9th July on your website. It showed on the screen that both the transactions were failed. So, I tried again on 14th July and I was successful.
But when I got my bank statement, I was surprised to see that Rs. 600 ( 3 transactions of Rs. 200) were deducted from my account and was deposited/credited to Tata Indicom Account. When I communicated with the bank, I got following response.
( ...Kindly note that mobile recharge transaction of Rs. 400/- (200+200) has been processed successfully on July 08 and July 09, 2008 respectively and amount has been forwarded to the Tata Indicom. We request you to co-ordinate with the beneficiary)
I contacted the customer support division on toll free number from my mobile. Two times, they disconnected my call. I had filed the complaint twice on the website http://www.tataindicom.com. But nobody responded.

TATA TELE IS REFUSING TO CONVERT PRE-PAID TO POST PAID-EVEN SINCE NUMBER PORTABILITY IS IN PIPE LINE AND ITS GOING TO BE APPLICABLE WITHIN SERVICE PROVIDER-YOU CAN SWITCH TO CDMA/GSM AND VICE VERSA.
