Dear sir,
We bought a Tata Nano on 6/10/2011, and while taking the delivery we saw that the rims of the Tyre were damaged and rusted. Immediately we complained the same to the Manager of KVR Tata Motors from were we bought the vehicle. He promised us that at the time of service he will correct the same. After some time when it was the time for us to realise that the mileage is less than 10 kms as against the promised 23 kms we were shocked and all our excitement of buying a car was shattered. We complained about this too all in return we got was a smile from the receptionist and the manager nothing more than that. Till date even after 3 months from the date of purchase the rims are still the same and the mileage as not showed any improvement. We feel cheated and have no where to go. Pls help.
