M sorry uve had a bad experiece with their customer support, its just that i have had a different opinion. I have had a couple of queries and complaints that i had and to my surprise they have always been prompt and quite helpful. As far as the channels are concerned they have all that mentioned in the packages so one shld opt for it only if its suitable.
I totally disagree. First, you bought the package on your free will, knowing the cost. When you bought the package you knew exactly which packages you were going to get. Also, they never promised that certain channels will be added. Tata Sky may have its own costs. I dont understand as to how you can determine which is the just price to charge. Tata Sky plus is worth the money. No other DVR has this facility. so your complaints have no basis.
I got tatasky in the month of october 2008 and feel good

I fully agree with the services provided by Tatsky are below par and putting on new packs on the shelfs without caring for the the simple structuring of channels as provided by others is noteworthy.
All the audio FM channels are broadcast free even on the Dur(oo)dharshan-DTH.
Even update of their web sites is below par.
I was given info about the exchange offer ending on 14th Jan 2009 and the other day i was told it was extended.
On the we it is still publisised as ending on 14th Jan.
I hope you can gather many a complaints like this and put it across to Tatsky.
