I am really disappointed with the services of flipkart as-
1- Order delayed- ordered a tata swach on 12th oct 2012 and received the product on 21st oct 2012 after calling 3 times the customer care about the delivery of the product. i was not even sent the courier details of the same.
2- after receiving the product, i found that the parts of the product were missing and the product is in damaged condition.
3- i logged a complaint on 23rd oct 2012 and was told that i will get a call back within 24hrs but i received no call back
4- it is when i called back on 24th, they did not allowed me to speak to the senior and disconnected my call telling that we are forced to disconnect the call
Provide me a solution as i no longer want that product now and want my money back asap. Flipkart sucks and is a fraud company.
