Tata Swach - Online Order - Damaged Goods Received — Bad Service

I had purchased a tata swach from Chroma pune just one month before but there is some problem in the bulb which stopped working, showing accumulation of black water (the carbon filter must have leaked) resulting in chocking of the filter, I buy that product because of the name "TATA", but what the hell it is ...not even completed one month it stopped working...can anybody tell what we have to do plzz...
