i had booked two IPL tickets for march 16th match in bangalore last week - still have not received the tickets

phones does not work - no email response.

IN FUTURE I AM NOT GOING TO USE TICKET GENIE

Same case with me.. I have not received my tickets either... please let me know i[censored] do receive ur tickets. My mobile num is [protected]

Same thing happend to us. We booked fro Mumbai indians nad delhi daredevil on 2nd march. Still no sign of tickets till today 15th march. these guys are a bunch of amateurs running the site. do not buy tickets from ticketgenie. you will loose ur money. they charged us for courier as well.

Absolutly faaltu customer care. you keep calling them and they will keep asking you to call at other numbers. Check before you buy from ticketgenie.in

I had also booked two ticket on 04 mar 10 for IPL match on 17 Mar 10 at Kotla but till now (its 10 am, 17 Mar 10). I have not received tickets and they guy are not picking up the phone neither replying my email. I think its fraud, I want to complain in cosumer court can somebody help me in this.

I have booked tickets for today's match ( 18th March ).I booked a total of 8 tickets.6 in 1st transaction and 2 in the 2nd transaction. My transaction numbers are 181909:60893, 60894, 60895, 60896, 60897, 60898, . and 206950:61451, 61452, . Yesterday i received a packet from Blue dart for the 1st transaction but it had only 5 tickets instead of 6.I called Blue Dart, who say that problem is from ticket genie's side.The Idiotic ticket genie people neither pick my call nor respond to the mail.The 2 tickets for the 2nd transaction have not come at all.I dont know what to do or whom to approach for the 3 ticket of mine.There is noone to help me out on this.

Ticketgenie — Ticket not received

Dear sir,
I booked one online ticket for ipl match to be held on 11.04.2010.on official website of ipl .i was charged 600 rs and 60 rs for courier charges got an sms that i will receive ticket 3 days prior to match and details of courier service will be sent to me.but till now i have not received yet nor i have got my ticket and only 2 days are left for scheduled match kindly advice what to do if i dont qebeive the ticket..

Ticketgenie — Product not delivered even after booking

Booked Tickets for IPL 75 days in advance and they had promised a delivery 3 days before the match and they now reverted to me saying that the tickets cannot be delivered. The order number was 63839 and they have onl offered a refund. My friends have already booked tickets to come distant places. This is cheating and need action to be taken againist

Ticketgenie — Credit card amount not reverted back

Hi,

I am Mahesh,I tried to book IPL tickets through www.ticketgenie.in on 19/04/2010 for the match Deccan Chargers Vs Chennai Super Kings held on 22/04/2010.

I tried with HDFC Bank Credit Card with Card Number 4346 **** **** 8714. But 2 times my transaction was unsuccessful and I got Unsuccessfull messages to mail also.

But what happened is, in the recent credit card statement, I wondered seeing bill for 2 transactions(Rs.8400/-).

I contacted HDFC customer care,they asked me to contact tiketgenie customer care.

I tried to contact on these numbers +91 [protected] ,[protected] ,[protected], 91 [protected] , no one picked up my call.

Finally I sent mail also along with "Transaction Unsuccessful" messages which came to my mail.
These are the messages I got while booking tickets.
