TIMTARA.COM ecommerce website having address Infosecure Consulting Pvt. Ltd., B-26 Second Floor, Sector 8, Noida, Uttar Pradesh -201301 India with contact no.[protected] &[protected] have defrauded Rs. 40,700/- from me. They have taken order no. 10363792 for a APPLE IPHONE on 05 dec’12 by E-banking (Credit card) and promised to deliver by 26 th dec’12. Till date they have neither supplied the order nor refunded the money despite several promises. They seems to have cheated us by giving fake commitment and duped the money. Kindly register a case for cheating, fraud and duping money by wrong commitment and take appropriate action against the company.
