Timtara.com — Timtara.com - Not delivering my order

I have placed my order on 03.27.13 and as per timtara.com commitment it should be delivered within 3 weeks… NOW its more than three weeks but still I haven’t got my order yet. I have trying to call timtara morethan 60times but none of
them pickup my calls and i have also rasied complaint Ticket No. 61750 but it also no response.

Still no response from timtara team....

please help me to get my product ASAP.
