TODAY I HAVE PURCHASED A FAST DIGITAL TRACK WATCH FROM GURGAON. WHEN I ASKED FOR DEMEONSTRATION, SHOPEKEEPER TOLD ME THAT TECHNICIAN IS NOT AVAILABLE. HE ENSURED ME OF PRODUCT QUALITY AND TOLD THAT EVERY THIGH IS WELL DEFINED IN USER MANUAL.HOWEVER AS I LIKED WATCH VERY MUCH BECAUSE OF DUAL TIME FACILITY, SO I BAUGHT IT.
WHEN I OPENED THE USER MANUAL i FOUND THE MANUAL IS OF SOME OTHER MODEL. SIMILAR INCEDENT HAPPEND WITH ME IN LAST NOV-07, WHEN I PURCHASED A WATCH FROM LIFE STYLE STORE AND TECHNICIAN WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO EXPLAIN THE FUNCTIONING.
I FOUND THAT DUAL TIME CAN NOT BE ADJUSTED PROPERLY AS PER MANUAL INSTRUCTION, ESPECIALLY FOR MINUTE SETTING, DUAL TIME CAN ONLY BE ADJUST EITHER EQUAL TO CURRENT TIME OR + 30 MINUTES. THIS IS TECHNICAL FAULT.
TITAN STORE SHOPE KEEPER TOLD ME THAT HE DO NOT HAVE RESOURCES TO HELP ME, I NEED TO CONTACT SERVICE CENTER.
THIS INDICATES THE SO CALLED REPUTED TITAN STORES ARE NOT EQUIPED WITH KNOLEDGEBLE TECHNICAL STAFF TO SATISFY CUSTOMER. I REQUEST TITAN TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.
