i had purchased Toshiba Laptop of,from ,Antwerp(Europe),in the month Aug'09 of,
Model: Sat A350D-20K,
Model Num: PSALME-01D003DU
Serial Num: 59146327K
I heard very good about Toshiba services from my friends and decided to go for a Toshiba laptop.Unfortunately the adapter stopped working after a few months and i have placed an order for replacement of adapter at HCL INFOSYSTEMS LTD,Hyderbad on 22/01/2010(scanned copy of job order attached).HCL people had given a time span of 30-45 days for the part to be delivered.Till date the part has not been delivered and i was told to contact concerned person Mr.Rakesh on his mobile [protected],which i did and got no response. When am trying to call him from my number he is not responding and later switching off his mobile.
I am very unhappy with the response i have got and am totally unsatisfied with the service. Its been 2 months since i haven't turned on my laptop and i have great concern over the important data in it.
So i request your kind selves to look after this as a serious aspect.

Toshiba - Laptop — No proper response
Dear Sir / Madam,In the Month of April I bought a new laptop Toshiba Satellite, from Aditi computer, yelahanka, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. After One month, the computer’s Screen started skipping, I miss placed my bill while relocating to Hubli, I taken it to Aditi computers, first he collected laptop, and kept with him for more then 3 month, started giving reasons, finally he said he cant do any thing, there are problems with Toshiba product, and returned it, now its completely dead … I have sent mails to Toshiba service center, Bangalore, Till now No response. Can u help me out Pl………….
Should I throw it to Kabadi guy…………if I won’t get proper response (recompense), Even I start scattering about Toshiba quality ….
