I have purchased a Tohiba Laptop on 24th May 2006 with three year warranty from Bhopal.
Later I faced problem with my mother board when I logged a call they told its a 1 year warranty product.
I followed up the case with local dealer and with Toshiba + HCL (service provider) for 1 month and got the mother board replaced. Also dealers assured that in future you will not face this. Now again the same problem is with Toshiba records.
I am again having problem an local service provider and Cutomer care is telling old story of warranty issue.
