Pls. be informed that I have a complaint in my TOSHIBA REFERIGERATOR, which was escalated to you by your authorised service centre in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh); Mr. Ajay Arora.
Some marks have developed in Freezer door just within 3-4 months after purchase of above Refrigerator . Earlier I was under impression that these marks have developed due to handling, but after throughly analysing the problem & after having it discussed in details with the service centre, it is revealed that marks developed by its own just in normal usage & not because of any mishandling.
As these marks are giving very ugly look & after purchasing such as reputed bland, TOSHIBA known for its quality, I am very disturbed because of this.
Kindly advise further action in this regards. An immediate action in this regards will be appreciated.
