[Resolved] Traffic Police — Cease of licence with wrong charge

My licence was ceased by the traffic constable in Ghatkopar East, on 60 feet Road, without justifying reason stating that it was charge under double parking.But I was sitting at the driver seat with valid licence. Constable just came and asked for licence and then made a a receipt regarding it and told me to collect my licence from the police office. But when driver is sitting in the car then he should be told to move ahead but they dont have right to cease the licence. Please notify the same. and do the needful. This is very indecent behaviour showing corruption of traffic constable. and this should be given due consideration by the government as police cant cease liecence when driver is not liable.
Strict action must be taken.

i had my bike parked in front of a park in Noida, near sector-18. i was standing besides my bike and was on phone, a traffic police guy told me to move my bike from the spot on which i started to keep my phone in the pocket and was trying to locate the bike keys.. when he suddenly used the wooden stick and smashed my bikes right rear view mirror. Obviously i got pissed off and asked him for his name and post, to which he started abusing and with the heated conversation took/seized my bike "Which i haven't been able to get back yet!!"
By the Way the incident took place about two weeks back.
