[Resolved]  TVS Solution — unfair trading

Respected sir/Madam,

I am a student of 5th year (B.arch) at CEPT University .I purchased a pen drive worth Rs 1050 from TVs solution who sell this fake pen drives by advertising on e-mails and ultimately taking dis-advantage of internet facilities.
I bought the pen drive from them and then it didn’t work properly. I went there and they interchanged the pen drive from me saying that now this pen drive will work properly. But again the same problem raised and i changed the pen drive from them three times consecutively. When i went there for the fourth time said that i don’t want the pen drive but i want my money back instead.
After taking the pen drive back, they said me that the check of the concerned amount will be delivered at your house in 4-5 days. After 1 week I reminded them of the check but they said me that it will come in 2 days…and finally these thing went on for 20 days.And then at the end they said me that we can’t refund your money back instead you can come and take the pen drive again from us in return. But as they all are fake china made pen drives i know that it won’t help me in any way.

This entire aim after telling you my whole problem is to request you to investigate regarding this people and their fake and unfair trading. They cheat the people by making improper use of internet facilities. The above problem happened not only with me but with many other people who got cheated like me in the same way.
