Dear sir, last week i was visited to Union Bank with my sister, which is located at Thane (w) at mumbai. My sister have joint account with her husband with same bank, we have deposited one check amt 25000 on Tuesday, and again we visited to bank on Friday for withdrawal 10000 amt. But we were surprise to listen that still that check was on the desk of one of the employee of the bank. Actually it was mistakenly not sent for clearance last three days, when we ask them no one giving us response. After some argument we contact to Branch Manager Mr. Kare then he was one step ahead form his staff. he directly insulted us. Looking his attitude other staff also not supporting us, staff says us ' you can do what u want to do', just let me know what we can do against him. just let me know what we can do against him in banking act. we want to punish for their behavior. because i have searched on union bank website there is no complaint box, so plz assist us.
