Dear Sir,
I have not received dividend warrants o[censored]TI Mastershare Folio No. [protected], for the year 2005 - Rs. 1800, 2006 - Rs. 2160, and 2007 - Rs.2520. I had sent repeated reminders to Karvy Consultants and UTI Office at Faridabad but to no avail. I had submitted certificate from my HDFC Bank, 5-R/2, Badshah Khan Chowk, NIT faridabad - 121001, to Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd., Unit - UTI, Naryanai Mansion, H.No. - 90/10E, Vittalrao, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081 as requested by them on.
