[Resolved] UTI Pan Card — pan card mismatched showing anothers name in Income Tax dept

SIr, I devang mehta having pan card number is AKBPM1742n.My pan card number showing another's name in Income Tax site . i received my pan card 2 years back, but when i appied it to open my demat ac they rejected my application and gave me a reason that my pan card is not on my name & address, I already given this number for my passport. My PAN card shows only the Surname instead of my full name kindly correct and send me back the new card...Thanx
