[Resolved]  Veeda Clinical Research Pvt.Ltd. — Credit card extra charge

Dear Sir,
Approximately four months ago i had purchased some required items for me by SBI credit card and the total amount is arount 10,000 INR. My due date is 06 Sep 2007 for making a payment and therefore a had dropped a cheque of around 10,000 Rs on 02 Sep 2007 but the payment was not received by your responsible person saying that your cheque is out of city you had purchased an item so it is not accepted. (i.e. i had used credit card in ahmedabad city and the cheque is of my father account located at savar kundle, saurashtra). And the time he was not accept my cheque and not inform to me regarding this problem and charged to me around 450 Rs for payment not received before due date.
Sir, This is not a legal reason to charge me. even you had not kept any kind of notice near credit card dropbox facility regarding out city cheque not accepted.
Kindly suggest me what i have to do in this matter.
Waiting for your reply...bze he was charged me 450 Rs every month.
