I am one of your prepaid customers of virgin cdma. In the morning of[protected], 7.39 a.m. I have charged my cell phone online for Rs.102. My balance shows only 2 Rupees. When I inquired with the virgin services, the person informed me that the 100 is taken for life time validity. I requested him to tranfer that money to talk time and he refused todo so. I wanted to talk to his seniors whom he claimed to have connected never replied.
My case is simple. I have already paid for lifetime validity to virgin on this mobile number. ([protected]).
This payment is a duplicate one, this requires to be returned to me.¿ In this world nobody takes payment twice for the service provided only once.
You can draw hundreds of examples in our daily life.
My demand is what service you have provided for my 100 rupees. No business can take money just like that. Even accounting practices will not allow it.
If I don't receive payment back, I have no recourse except to take it to higher authorities.
Keeping in view of good business practices, I request you to transfer the money to talk time.
