Dear Sir,
I had received an inhuman behavior from the virgin mobile customer care. I have sufficient proof for that. I have called five times. But there is no solution. In fact I have received a sms from their services that suggests clearly that Rs-11/- has been deducted due to activation of astrology pack. But the representative said that there was not such updates in their records.. one of them is Monojit Kr. Dawn. This is not the last they did not know the manners that how to behave with the customers. Some of them disconnect the line directly and did something for that I couldn’t call to them for that entire day.. Please verify clearly the matter within a few days.
