virgin sim — Extra Charges (double) for single SMS
Whenever a single SMS is sent for KBC Rs.3.00 should normally be deducted, however Rs.6.00 is being deducted each time an SMS is being sent. Why am I being charged double? I have Samsung C3010S handset and Virgin SIM.= Teresa = [protected]

Virgin Sim — no not in service
I have purchased virgin connection before two weeks ago then it was working but now i opened my no. but now when i try to use that no it shows its not in service even i am not able to call customer care i dont understand how does it possible i have submitted all the formalities 2 times bcoz once it was lost by your retailer then i resubmitted it and now again same problem what is your problem are you not able to manage your customers documents. I want solution of my problem. As soon as possibleDetails are as follow:
