My VFlash device ([protected]) is not working for over 5 weeks and inspite of repeated calls and reminders no one has responded to it till now. I received a mail saying there would be some action taken and customer service guys telling me that work is ongoing. But one of the managers took my details to send his technician to collect the device about 10 days back and till date no one has either come to me or called me after that. Pathetic service.
I have long email conversations with Virgin which I am now planning to take up with the Consumer Court. This is the 4th time in the succession that Virgin is giving such issues. Earlier Virgin had taken more than 2 months to resolve my issue.
