Since being with websupporters, I really cannot find fault with them, After having my website hosted with them for around 2 Years. I had my website hacked through a very unsecure script which I had installed, I got straight on to live support and they responed very quickly with getting the ticket tech guys involved, They managed to stop the hacker and even gave me his IP address, They even went as far as going through my cgi-bin files and various other files to delete any ones that was letting the hacker get into my website, because my website had been deleted and they had the latest back up of my website they had it reinstalled within around 2 hours, The speed at which they responed I really can not fault, I really was a pain in the butt with all the emails which I sent to them while all of this was going on, as I had paid ads on my website so needed the website back up quickly, they understood this completly, and they always responded in a polite and professional way. The only real very small down fall of hosting at websupporters.com is sometimes the speed of the control panel can be a little slow, I have never had any downtime through websupporters.com fault, and I have never had any biling problems with them. For my small website the shared hosting is good value and the support which I have recieved from them in the past 2 Years has been very good indeed.

So far my experience at websupporters.com is great. Their prices are reasonable and it is fairly simple to sign up and pay. I was also pleased with the amount of space and bandwidth they give you. My account was set up in no time and so for I have had NO problems with this host. I have heard bad things in the past about this host, but so far I am very satisfied and will continue to do business with them. For only 9.99 I am getting a substantial amount of space and bandwidth
websupporters sucks...all people who work there are bunch of with some VPS runing the company... support with fake names...and lots more...i was with them in past and had horrible experience
within one year their VPS has crashed more than 10 times and they lost all their customer data...plus they don't have / take any backup ...
Websupporters are very cheap...really very cheap people company...their servers are always down for 2 3 hours in a week...they can not maintain customers data safe...PLEASE READ IT AGAIN YOUR DATA WITH WEBSUPPORTERS IS NOT SAFE...

I've been with websupporters.com for nearly 18 months after migrating from manashosting.com. So far they have been excellent. I've had to contact support a few times and on all occassions my questions was answered very promptly.
Hope everything keeps going the same way and I do not have problems like what I've had with some other hosts.

After suffering through major downtime with my previous host, I decided to move to a new host, thus I found websupporters.com. I've only been with them for about seven months but so far, the experience has left me satisfied with my decision. I've moved two of my domains wtih their service already. They have an incredibly helpful support system, answering your ticket within 24 hours. They have been reliable and everything you could ask for in a host. I gave them a four because I have only been with them for seven months. However, I think I'm finally satisfied with this host and I'm ready to settle in for the next few years.
I first signed up with websupporters.com in 2009 and now have 18 accounts with them (you receive a 10% discount after 10 host accounts). In the beginning, I was wary of how about the use of online tech support, but I often receive a reply within 5-10 minutes, and never more than a day's response. In short, their tech support is superb (I give them a 10) and have never had any problems with their service. Some accounts were hosted on the us server, but I've since migrated all my accounts to their u.k. server.
websupporters rescued me from the pit of Internet Hosting Hell. I was with 2gbhosting and they tried to migrate my site to their new platform, and that's when my entry into hell officially took place. The migration didn't work and cut off all my email. I had to wait over one hour each time I called technical support and each time I called, they promised me that they would solve the problem, but each time it got worse and worse. Finally, my whole website went down and when I called to find out what was going on, come to find out they had a different account holder on record for my account!! They had given my account to someone else! I was furious! Enter Eli at websupporters. He figured out what my situation was and showed my how to transfer my domain over to websupporters without even talking to 2gbhosting!! WITHIN 24 HOURS MY DOMAIN WAS ACTIVE ON websupporters!!! I was seriously panicked that 2gbhosting when 2gbhosting had given my account to someone else--I couldn't even access my own account any more!! If it hadn't been for Eli at websupporters, I really don't know what I would have done. I'm so grateful to the people at websupporters for providing REAL customer service--something that the big companies promise to do but don't. Don't be fooled by companies that offer cheap hosting--It's not worth it! When there are problems, you want a company that knows what it's doing and has it's act together. websupporters is that company.
Try http://www.delhiwebhosting.co.in . They are simply best. DWH is a bit small company but customer service is awesome. They provide personal account manager sort of thing, so you don't need any ticket or toll free number, just call account manager on mobile and walah... work done. Ticketing system and customer care is also available.

We have had similar experience with most Indian companies. We are now with Lacehost.com, which is a part of the Leapswitch Networks pvt. ltd. They own their servers and have near 100% uptime and real 24x7 support. They are based in Pune and host over 7000 websites.

Excellent and timely tech support, very affordable. Have to rely on their tech support to set up certain settings, but they are very willing to do so, and they do it promptly upon request.
We used to have a delhiwebhosting.co.in, and had a lot of problems with down time, especially email. It was killing us and so I researched hosts based on uptime and price, looking for a new home. I chose websupporters.com about 1 years ago and they have been all that I could hope for, with absolutely no problems since we moved to their hosting service. When I need support, it is quick and takes care of the issue with no attitude. I am not an IT guy so this is important to me.

My previous host was not so good. websupporters had great special for two year plan. I must say I've saved good money and the hosting has been rock solid, fast, and as I've had no issues with service can only say when I caused an htaccess error due to some sloppy ftp handling and brought down all sites - they got back to me in no time and politely informed me of cause of issue and quick fix. I fixed the file and voila, all better. I've begun implementing all sorts of php etc. and have five sites now, still rock solid! Super Host, am very pleased!
