I booked to radio cab from my home to Pune railway station, I took my guest to station where i found the total distance to be 7 km and as it was said to me the first 3 km will cost me Rs 62.5 and each additional km will cost me Rs 20.
When I reached station one driver asked the exact fare and one whose details are imitaz shaikh mobile no [protected] asked for Rs 180, when I asked the explanation he said me that my meter shows the same, when I was trying to call the wings customer care the tried restricting me, but I called I asked the customer care executive , he confirmed the total to Rs 142.5, the he talked to the driver, and disconnected the call, the again the driver asked for the Rs 180 as fare , then once again I called the customer care and same thing happened.
Now the driver started shouting on me and said , he can blacklist me and I will never a cab from his company and he also threatened me and said he will see me.
Then i went to depart my relative and when I came back home, I again called wings cab call center, this time I was surprised as they said that there was no booking on my name and left me helpless.
I have all the messages stored in mobile that the company sent me having reference no and all the driver's details, and as a proof i also have all call details with the duration stored in mobile with exact timing.
I am not worried about the money and all the pain that I suffered, I am worried about the service this company provide. So I want to report a complain and want to know what is outcome of this kind of misbehavior.
I would like to hear something on this matter from your side, and please do something.
