[Resolved]  WNS Global Services Pvt. Ltd, Pune — non receipt of refund

I filed my Incometax return for the assessment year 2008-09 on 23.7.2008 vide receipt number [protected] with the TRO & Assessing Officer, Range 7 Pune. Till date I have not received my refund amoounting to Rs.11,944 plus interest allowable. Presently I am in United States of America and I am watching my bank account everyday. It is now more than an year since I filed my return.How can I pursue the matter. I keep reading newspapers that the refund shall be sent to respective bank accounts. I request that the amount be credited to my accoount for which I shall be grateful.
