On thursday, 27th Jan '11, i ordered the seven bag set of Giordano bags costing Rs. 8000/- and received the voucher (B38TNSFL2P. Firstly, i did not receive the bags until 26th Feb (was mentioned delivery would be made in 21 working days), hence i could not use them for my family trip and marriage
Second and most importantly, the bags that i received are damaged, and also of very low quality. They should have atleast mentioned the company product code when selling it. I have tried calling their office several times, but have been unsuccessful in being attended by anyone. Since the bags are on warranty, who is responsible for the replacement? And if the dealer is at fault without your knowledge, please take action so as others cannot go through the same issues.
Whatever the outcome, i feel really duped of my hard earned money. And this is highly unexpected from a company of such a high stature. Was this information helpful? |
