Fiverr.com is a place where we can provide our service for 5$. So basically i provide the seo services there and without providing any reason they just banned my account and told me to return back my balance in 45 days. This is the email what i have got from their side. My account was being blocked on 16th march 2011. So, i asked them for my money on 22nd april and they replied me with this email “The 45 days will end on April 30th, 2011, at which time you will need to contact us to receive instructions on how to withdraw your available funds (currently: $364 subject to funds clearing period, chargebacks, claims, etc)”. And now when i asked them for money on 30th april they are just ignoring my emails and support tickets and replying nothing. This is a complete rip off situation. I have submitted around 5 support tickets and around 10 emails to get my money back but they are not saying a single word. What a silly is this that firstly you just ban an account without any reason and then ate up the money. Please help me regarding this . Was this information helpful? |
