This company is totally fraud, Paresh Chedda is the sole owner of the Company and they are not trading into any thing since Jan-2011.There are about 4500 Investors from all over who have invested and Paresh Chedda has collected crores of money from all of them. Since May he is telling people that he is returning the money by arranging funds to return.
He is just using delaying tactics and fooling all investors and looks like he is not going to refund . He says he has lost money in business which he is telling lies. One cannot lose all the money in short span of time. He has also given PDC's which are bouncing in many cases.
Bottom line we should send him to Jail for the rest of his life. It is high time investors should lidge complain against him.

I also invested in the co but not received any amount till now for the last year but received the cheque to be payble in july 2012. I think we all are in a trap . I agree with rajesh Chaudhari comments. Let's fight it together.

My parents also have invested and they are struggling to get the Money back for past 2 years now, I am not sure how do we proceed, shall we gather in groups and and lodge a police complaint and also a compliant in consumer court

I absolutely agree. THis company Young has cheated the customers as well as its advisors. Its agency owner Mr. Riyaz Patel, Wasim Patel under the name of Paresh Virchad Chedda has accumulated crores of money for putting in MCX and Plots. They have developed there own townships.

I am also the sufferer. I myself have invested along with lots of my friends and colleague. Also for part time earning I have sold many plots in this society but till date I have neither received my investment amount nor my commission.
When it came to paying back the money they declared that company is bankrupt and we can not payback any money. Instead they said to MCX customers that you buy the plot in our township @ 700 to 900/sqft.

This is the real big scam and fraud in which chain of similar persons are involved.

Over and above the fact is that, this game of fooling people is still on.

I am going to lodge the case against them in labour court, session court with teh help of few government offcials.

Those who want there money back, please support us.

I completly agree with all the comments posted above.

Even me along with my many of the collegues have invested in MAX plant of Young and Grow ( i..e double your money in 16 months). FOr few months we got returns and there after no returns were given by the company.

IN addition Young and Grow was also selling the plots in Rau with teh condition that if customer buy's plot @7 Lakhs he shall start getting immediate returns @2 % month i.e. 14000 Rs for 50 months in addition to plot. Also for each plot booking they gave 1.5% i.e. 11500 Rs/ month to advisors for 25 months.

For part time earning I along with my wife were advisor in this company apart from our investment made in MCX. NEither they gave my MCX return cheques nor our salaries.

THis company Young and Grow and its directors and agency owners are the real Fraud. Owner Paresh Virchand Chedda and agency owner Riyaz and Vasim had gubbon Crores of Rupees in a single year by taking the money from customers for MCX and Plots. Instead of giving us returns they have declared them bankrupt and utilised these amount in developing there townships and opening other business. SO that they can slowly quit from young and grow to other business .

I have accumulated all possible evidences and am now going to lodge teh complaint inlabour court and session court. I along with many of my friends are already in touch with many goverment officials for support and guidance.

Its an appeal to all the persons who have similar issue to join us for legal complaint against this company.

Now the agency owners of Young and Grow Riyaz Patel Vasim Patel and Javed Khan have opened new company known as Softcorner Realtors. They are well associated with Paresh Virchand Chedda. They have launched new township by teh name of RAS in Pithampur location.

If the company is bankrupt how are they making money and steadly launch new townships. Its quite clear that these persons under the guidance of Young and Grow have taken the money from investors, declared them bankrupt, left no evidences and thereafetr utilised same money for launching new townships.

I have already managaed to accumulate large group of peoples who are going to be our part in taking legal action against this company and company owners.
