[Resolved]  Zoom In (http://www.zoomin.com) — Order Not delivered

Hi,

This is with regards to an order that I made from website http://www.zoomin.com

Order # ZIN1-HQKHIQZGY.

I have been a regular user of this site since some time and this is the first time that I am facing such a bad experience.

The product which I ordered was not delivered at the address that I mentioned and the person for which it was shipped was asked to pick up the stuff from the courier office. The reason the courier firm gave was that they don’t have service in the area of the shipment and that zoomin provided the wrong pincode to them and that was the reason why they took the order. They informed that they wouldn’t have taken the order if the correct pincode was provided

When I have clearly mentioned the address of shipment with the pincode, why was there a confusion in providing the correct pincode to the courier firm?
The shipment was a gift to someone and the person had to travel more than 8Kms to collect the courier. If you can’t provide an order properly at a particular location, cant you mention this at the time of taking order?
The courier firm abused the person who went to collect the courier. This is not at all acceptable.

I am going to file a case in consumer court highlighting the above points (basically for charging money and cheating).

I got a reply from zoom in, and they did a refund of my entire order.

Appreciate the professionalism and commitment they show towards their clients.

we recently purchased a new canon digital camera and got free coupon of 100 photos.two photos of which we send were repeted. so kindly send 2 of the photos which we didnt got. reply on the above e-mail address.
See the mail sent by Zoomin. even after sending snapshots of broken mug i din get any reply from them.. Still waiting for that..

In the meanwhile, if you could provide me with a snapshot of the broken mug you received, I shall be able to forward it to the concerned team to check what went wrong.

Once I receive the same, I shall be able to provide you with an alternate resolution.

Thanks for your email - However, can you please update us the status for my courier. It's still not reached :( We trusted zoomin service through one of a close relative, however, the service does not seem to be satisfactory. I would really appreciate if you can track the order and let us know the status for the same, else, in case if we really don't see any revert, we need to cancel the order. I would expect a discount on my order, as the order is delayed from your end. Kindly look into the request and revert accordingly.

I m also facing the same problem as above.
Zoomin it's been 2weeks plz track my order and for God's sake tell me it ll ever reach to me or not
I hv not received any updates on my order no mail and no tracking no.
Plz help!!
