[Resolved]  Zoomin — Misbehavior of Stores Rep at Zoomin Mulund stores

We have purchased 1 flipbook 8.5 X 11 at Rs 99.00 from Your mUlund stores on 17/07/2011. At taHt time it was committed by your person in stores that whenever you require Flipbook, they will give it in 2 days. When we approached the Stores in Mulund on 07th August with 25 photos for gettting scanned and make the flipbook for our sons birthday to be presented on 11th August, the representative from your store misbehaved with us telling that they have so many orders and will not be able to give by 11th August and even did not agree for scanning. The person insulted us in front of many other customers and when we requested it is special because it is our gift to our son for his birthday on 11th August, they did not co-operate.
