Zoomin/magical Mug — wrong product delivery

hiii m awanish..
i have ordered a magical mug from ZOOMIN... the order no is ZIN1-9SAG2IXC..... the order is delivered but the product is wrong...... it is someone else.... i have gifted someone for surprise but now myself surprise after this wrong delivery.... its so embarassing for me... i want my money back or the right product soon.... else i will file complaint against Zoomin.....
