I bought a laptop DELL INSPIRON 15 on 12th May 2013 from Compuindia, Bangalore.
Eversince I bought the laptop I had a problem with the LCD screen, so i called DELL customer care and they came to my house and replaced the LCD screen.
Now, I am facing problem in right click. I am not able to do right click in the mouse pad of the laptop. So I contacted DELL, but they said that my Warranty was expired on December 2013 itself. But, I bought it on May 2013 and the warranty should be there for a year, means it should be there until 11 May 2014. DELL customer executive clearly told me to contact the dealer from where you had purchased the laptop and ask them to update the Warranty date in their system, so that they will be able to guide m after that.
So, I tried calling compuindia to fix this warranty issue for me. When ever I tried calling their number no one is picking up. They are least bothered to attend the client calls. I am very much upset because of this. I was calling them for more than a week.
Please help me to get rid of this issue before my actual warranty gets expired.
