I worked in this company as a head of one department. I would actually say that they need to change the way they are working - the work culture, management, facilities et.
The projects are very heap ( wonder how did they get some reputed hospitals) but rest are bartanwalla, chappalwalla, et.. et..
There is no record of previous projects and the clients are actually using our hindi mother abuses;-) on phone calls irrespective of whether it is any female person.
One gets salary on 15th of every month - might have been delayed now.- baniya company where holiday list can be changed as per diya n deepak.
Diya will watch each n every employee from the camera even the time one spents in loo ;-)))
In case u applied for eave, then also sal will be deducted.
So, CHANGE in MANAGEMENT is necessary..

even to get the relieving letter, you need to beg them to give it
