I had ordered a product from the above mentioned website which is 'nightera.in'. The product sent to me was wrong. I have been trying alot to contact the website through their customer link as well as email id, but I haven't got any response from them. There is no action taken from their side for my email or enquiry form. I request you to please look into the matter. Being internet issue, I cannot do much about it, so hoping a help from your side.
