Convergys India — They are creating trouble to settle my pf

Hi team,
I am ex-employee of convergys with employee id:[protected], pf number: hrggn[protected]. I have contacted spok kumar for my pf withdrawal procedure to submit my application and have submitted my application. I received confirmation call from him on 04-jan-2017 he has processed my pf application and asked me to wait for 45-60 days. Its more than 60 days now. I have not received pf yet, i contacted the pf spoke and asked me to write an email to "hrassist. [protected]@convergys.com" team who never responded to me. I had to contact spok again and later am not getting any response from any team. I have no clue what is going on and they are not letting me know turn around time frame to settle my pf.
