On Saturday 9th April i have searched in quikr about refrigerator repair and from that before my call i got a call from the company Cool Air Fresh System he said iam sending my executive he will come and check as he said one of his executive named Azar {[protected]} he called me and came to my house i said him the fault he said we have to change T.S Dumper it will ok so i said him to change he changed but when he was repairing only i got doubt that weather he can repair or not my doubt was right fridge is not working properly and i have called the company in this 2 numbers {[protected]/[protected]} when ever i call they are saying my executive will come with in 1 hour just give me 1 hour time but from Sunday 10 April no one came i have called them and said same answer and at last they are not lifting the phone no reply
My fridge is worst than before completely loss .
They charged 2000/- from me for changing T.S.Dumpe rand service charges he gave me bill in that bill company name website and email id is there i have tried to mail them but mail id is wrong and no company website in net Was this information helpful? |
