Coolwinks — coolwinks looted my rs.750 by showing false terms

Hello, Coolwinks deducted Rs.1546 for one unknown placed from my account suddenly at 4.41 AM on 14th July. Later they cancelled the order after reporting about order, but they refunded partially, did not receive full refund, they took Rs.750 by showing their false terms & condition, they just looted me, also looting other customer, what an example of pure scam, just in few hours they looted Rs.750 from me, this is a big amount. Immediately take proper action against them. Heading to law and enforcement agency about this issue. 2 weeks passed they did not yet refund my money yet, got charged without even taking any service from them.
