I have purchased a product due to defective i have cancelled the amazon people have done the refund successfully on 4 th feb of Rs 6012 but the amount still not reflected into my bank account more the then 10 days have passed i have sent email with complete details but still there is no response for the mail many customer say that you don't respond to any complains please do it as we are depending on you people Was this information helpful? | |||||

I'm having the same issue... Worst service... Bank representatives say there's no customer service number...!!! Too bad experience...
I have purchased a mobile from Amazon due to some problem I returned the mobile back on 17th June they refunded my money back but still it not reflected in my account so again I contacted amazon customer service they said to file the charge dispute on given reference number but the bank people not giving proper service including bank manager

I also ordered some clothing from amazon.in for Rs.3000 odd but my order was canceled saying that payment not received, but the amount is deducted from my account. When I contacted bank with dispute they said transaction is successful, so checked with Pay u gateway they also said transaction is successful but amazon still say they did not get the money. Filed complaint against bank in banking ombudsman where they produced documents showing successful transaction. So went back to amazon.in with relevant document they still hold they did not receive payment and asked me to file charge dispute against bank again. Granted corporation bank service is not all that great but amazon.in service is even worse they are all sweet talk and very robotic without any substance. When such disputes arise they won't raise a finger on their side instead simply make the customer do all the work and tell you we will do anything to help you.

I contacted bank but they yet not received nothing.. So please do the needful
