Countryoven — Kphb restaurant cashier and bill

Hi,

I am regular customer from past more than 15 years of country oven and I have been recommending to many of my friends and for that matter to companies like ValueLabs etc..., but now I think in faster expansions and grabbing complete market you are loosing the flavour of personal touch.

Today I went to kphb countryoven and order 2 items and while I was about pay the bill I found the bill says vat but no value specified and in the place of service tax ther else cash/card, how I was being charged not sure. When asked, instead of explaining and apologising for the mistake of non print. The cashier was rude and when tried to confront he uses vulgar language and he was coming me and my mom. Is this the way the things turning.

I am sorry to say now I am not going to recommend country anymore. For your reference attached your bil
