Hi,
I am not able to register a claim for accidental damage to my mobile phone, I have brought the plan from bajaj portal where is paid 2863 for insurance. Cpp is service provider and they have provided me membership id. When i tried to reach them to register my claim, They are not ready to accept and asking me to get in touch with bajaj, I have made both parties on conference, CPP is not able to provide the details and they providing fake promises to customer saying we will get back to u. i have called them more than 10 times but no response and they not even connecting me to manager to convey my concern, They are cheating customers with fake insurance policy It is more than 15 days still no response to mail i sent.

"I want to register the claim for my damaged mobile phone. Initially I have called the cpp to register the claim but they have denied saying the current membership called 'Mobile Protection Plan' is not with cpp and I need to get in touch with bajaj. I have called the concerned number[protected] which was provided by the cpp to register the claim. But Bajaj claimed that it was not able to fetch the membership details either by IMEI number, register phone number, or membership plan. They have asked me to call cpp again and register the claim. To my surprise none is able to register my claim. I am calling both cpp and bajaj number simultaneously but i am getting any justice between both parties. At this point I am really lost in this process. Please provide resolution to my issue and consider my claim. Please find the details below.
