On 19th July 2023, an unauthorized debit of Rs. 2, 436 has been made to Dreamplug Technologies from my ICICI bank credit card. This has not been made by me. This has resulted in penalties, and the current outstanding amount is Rs. 3200.86. Kindly address is fraudulent issue and help me get a refund.
As per our last discussion, you were supposed to either clear my overdue amount of my HDFC credit card payment of Rs.54, 459/- or to make refund of Rs.54, 495/- + overdue charge in my source payment account within 48hrs.
but neither you have settled my failed transaction nor you have make any refund. I have cross checked with my credit card bank official and they clearly said they have not received any payment...
I ordered 2 products from EUME through CRED app. One product was delivered - Toilet kit. The other product (back pack) was not delivered. I noticed in the app that the product marked as delivered was the backpack while the toilet kit was marked as not delivered. I raised a complaint through the app on 22nd August (details in the trailing mail with screenshot). I also attached a photo of the product which was delivered to ensure that my issue...
I made the credit card payment on CRED app, the money got deducted from my bank however it did not get paid to my credit card and it still shows outstanding.
I already have raised a issue tkt on CRED, the status is open. It says they have initiated the refund process however it's been 2 days and I have not received any money. The amount is big. Hence, I am really concerned.

Electricity bill was paid on 24 aug through Cred
Of ra 6110 but now it's not showing anything and not reflecting on gpay and phone pay.. I have to again pay the same amount.. electricity has been cut down.. again......
On 1St of September 2023 paying Axis bank credit card payment thru cred online payment application and again on 12th September again doing payment of Rs 26434.61 but still not deposit in bank,
and today 12th September second case, again paining home electricity bill thru your application in early in the morning on 12th September. But after many hours this payment again not reach the pspcl online sites....

Hi Cred, I have made payment of my HDFC credit card bill through cred app.

It's very unfortunate that last 14 days after so many requests no one wants to resolve my issue, so many customer care executive call me but no one gives me any solution.
Today one customer care executive Mr Rahul call me and try to establish nothing happened and all problem from customer side and without any solution continuously argument with me also irritating me.
I have made a payment of RS.24611.15 on CRED towards my HDFC credit card bill on Aug 21st. Payment status is reflecting as successful, however HDFC Bank confirmed that they didn't received the payment from CRED. I have already raised concern over the transaction on CRED app on Aug 23rd. There is no response till date. Also provided the required statements that transaction was not done towards my HDFC credit card....
While paying my HDFC credit card dues (Rs. 38270) through cred by paytm, the amount was deducted from the paytm account but it was not credited to the HDFC credit card account. Hence my dues was not cleared.
Please look into this matter and provide with the refund ASAP, as I ve tried to contact HDFC and PAYTM and CRED for this but I have not got any positive response.
I have taken cred cash of 30000/- on 5th Aug. As it was mentioned as cash will be credited within 5-6 hrs., it is still not yet credited into my account.
Also raised a ticket for the query but of no use. No Cred customer support contacted me, and they are charging the interest as well from the day of approval.
They have sent me an email that amount has been credited whereas no amount got credited into my account.

I have a SBI autopay setup with the loan(CRED loan) EMI of 2353 for the august 2023.
The amount got debited from my account and credited to CredClub1. in the early hours of August 5th 2023. Now still App showing as Overdue and getting messages as you will be marked as a defaulter in CIBIL because o[censored]npaid CRED cash EMI. There is no proper communication channel to get in contact to them.
