CreditMantri — Worst Service

Hi,
Initially I was getting too many calls for doing Subscription of Credit Mantri as I was having negative account and even I was also want to close the same. Hence I did the subscription of Rs999 after doing a got another call from Credit Mantri to make payment of 499 towards some Cibil Score report and I made it with expecting that I will get the resolution. and July 2022 I got information to Pay amount of Rs 27489 towards SBI Card which I paid on 22nd July and was expecting the same to be updated on Equifax and was awaiting NOC. but till date I have not received any resolution on the same. Too many tickets raised on Credit Mantri even clicked on Talk to us tab but no call received. Credit Mantri forgets their customers once they get funds by them with doing subscription. once they received funds they don't even bother for customer satisfaction and resolution.
Really Pathetic Service being provided by Credit Mantri
